How I got started, and why I still do things the right way.

My Story

I first started butchering when I was XX years old.. At the time, I was just starting out my journey in the world of animal processing, and XXX. What started as a way to pay the bills slowly turned into something I realized I wanted to do full-time.

Over the years, I learned the trade by XXX, working with XXX, and spending countless hours understanding not just how to cut meat, but how to do the work cleanly, responsibly, and efficiently.

Eventually, I decided to open my own shop in Newville because XXXX. I wanted to build a place where people could bring their livestock or wild game and know it would be handled the right way — no rushing, and no shortcuts to quality.

Today, I work with farmers, hunters, and families from all over Newville, XX, XX, XX, and XX, processing everything from beef, pork, goat, and XX. Every order is still handled hands-on, the same way it was when I first started.

This shop is owner-operated, and every animal is processed by hand.

I understand that when someone brings an animal here, they’re trusting me with more than meat. They’re trusting me with food for their family. That responsibility matters to me, and it shows in the way I work.
